Yummy Weight Loss Smoothie!!

I know.  Summer is right around the corner.  And we want to look good in our bathing suits! 🙂  Here’s a smoothie that I found when doing the Daniel Fast – it’s really easy, sweet, and I have one almost every morning.

A few cups of cold water (I know you’re thinking “water in a smoothie..eww!”  lol..but trust me..it actually works, believe it or not!)

Frozen mixed berries (“Wyman’s of Maine – Fresh Frozen triple berry blend) (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

A whole banana

coconut flakes (they come in a bag in the baking goods section)

Mix it all up, and you’ve got a yummy smoothie that keeps you filled!  🙂  Add a little protein powder in there to keep you full, and you’ll be good to go for breakfast or a mid-day snack.  I have these at night too when I’m hungry but don’t want to eat a lot before bed.
