Help! When I eat healthy I’m always hungry!

This morning, a few of us gals got together so the kiddies could play and the moms could drink coffee on the patio and chat! 🙂

One mama mentioned how she was hungry a lot of the time, which led us to talk about some good food choices.

In addition to taking my all natural Visi Trimma in the morning, (which fills me up,) as well as my Probita protein chews, (which help with late night snacking,) I make sure to do something that many health experts suggest – eat around 5-6 small meals a day instead of the three huge Sunday buffet sized portions that many of us have grown accustomed to!lol…

Here is a sample of what a day might look like, (just to show that you can still eat, and that wellness isn’t about starving yourself.) 🙂

Disclaimer: this is just what I eat on average; it’s not doctor prescribed! ;p

Breakfast: Visi’s Trimma, and a smoothie – water, 4 frozen strawberries, one banana, one orange, coconut flakes

Trimma –

Snack: sliced fruit, 2 all natural chicken nuggets (I eat the kiddies, coffee w/organic sugar and creamer

Lunch: whole wheat tortilla chips, bean dip, grilled or baked chicken

Snack: yogurt, fruit, Probita protein chew

Probita –

Dinner: soup, vegetables, chicken or fish

Snack: fruit, Probita protein chew, or veggies and fat free dip

It may sound extreme, but believe it or not, after a few days of eating mostly fruit, veggies, chicken, fish, and healthy/low fat dips, it really doesn’t feel like you’re starving yourself.  By seasoning your foods and making it flavorful, you won’t really notice that you’re not eating carbs, overly processed foods, or cheese.  Of course I do the occasional cheat too!

I hope this helps!  See – it’s possible to eat right and still be full.  🙂
